Part 5: Learning Orga­ni­za­tional Excel­lence

1. Overview

In today’s work­place, it is chal­lenging to lead employees, teams, and orga­ni­za­tions to success in increas­ingly complex situ­a­tions. Besides know-how, the dynamics between involved people plays a signif­i­cant role. Gover­nance and moni­toring of groups, teams, and entire orga­ni­za­tions require high process compe­tency. Because different chal­lenges remain and continue to develop, it is now the respon­si­bility of each profes­sional to develop and achieve goals effec­tively and to resolve conflicts.

Through consul­ta­tion with expe­ri­enced colleagues and the experts of eurac, you reflect your work role as an expert, an exec­u­tive, a consul­tant, a coach, and a team devel­oper and thereby develop your own under­standing. You will learn how to steer the processes of groups and indi­vid­uals in orga­ni­za­tions in a construc­tive direc­tion. You will create new perspec­tives for discov­ering the goals of your employees and/or customers. All topics are rele­vant to the current busi­ness context.

2. Target Group

CEOs, entre­pre­neurs, and exec­u­tives with manage­ment expe­ri­ence, as well as persons who have completed a recog­nized basic training course in counseling/coaching and/or consul­tancy prac­tice and now want to achieve a thematic special­iza­tion in systemic orga­ni­za­tional compe­ten­cies.

To ensure maximum benefit and learning transfer, the number of partic­i­pants is limited to 18 people. Appli­ca­tions will be consid­ered in the order received.

3. Seminar Design

This seminar will care­fully take the partic­i­pants’ needs into consid­er­a­tion to extend the coun­seling skills of partic­i­pants in team and orga­ni­za­tional consulting. Partic­i­pants will gain deeper insight and knowl­edge into orga­ni­za­tional psychology, team dynamics, and the devel­op­ment of groups and teams in orga­ni­za­tions.

This seminar will not teach you more basic skills, but will rather deal with specific advanced subjects. In this way, you will use the oppor­tu­nity to intro­duce current issues and case studies from your work. You will exchange ideas with other expe­ri­enced colleagues. You will reflect on your­self in your profes­sional role and continue to develop your­self. You will deepen your under­standing of your own coun­seling model and deal with devel­op­ment issues related to orga­ni­za­tions, groups, and indi­vid­uals.
