1. Overview
In today’s workplace, it is challenging to lead employees, teams, and organizations to success in increasingly complex situations. Besides know-how, the dynamics between involved people plays a significant role. Governance and monitoring of groups, teams, and entire organizations require high process competency. Because different challenges remain and continue to develop, it is now the responsibility of each professional to develop and achieve goals effectively and to resolve conflicts.
Through consultation with experienced colleagues and the experts of eurac, you reflect your work role as an expert, an executive, a consultant, a coach, and a team developer and thereby develop your own understanding. You will learn how to steer the processes of groups and individuals in organizations in a constructive direction. You will create new perspectives for discovering the goals of your employees and/or customers. All topics are relevant to the current business context.
2. Target Group
CEOs, entrepreneurs, and executives with management experience, as well as persons who have completed a recognized basic training course in counseling/coaching and/or consultancy practice and now want to achieve a thematic specialization in systemic organizational competencies.
To ensure maximum benefit and learning transfer, the number of participants is limited to 18 people. Applications will be considered in the order received.
3. Seminar Design
This seminar will carefully take the participants’ needs into consideration to extend the counseling skills of participants in team and organizational consulting. Participants will gain deeper insight and knowledge into organizational psychology, team dynamics, and the development of groups and teams in organizations.
This seminar will not teach you more basic skills, but will rather deal with specific advanced subjects. In this way, you will use the opportunity to introduce current issues and case studies from your work. You will exchange ideas with other experienced colleagues. You will reflect on yourself in your professional role and continue to develop yourself. You will deepen your understanding of your own counseling model and deal with development issues related to organizations, groups, and individuals.
